Well, so much to talk about. Where should I start. Well, anyway lets get the bad things over first.
I'm sure you're all wondering how I did on my mid-term. It really wasn't that bad. I think I did pretty good. The exam was written in a way where you knew exactly what the professor wanted.
And I like that in an exam. My paper was pretty good as well, I hope, and I think I aced my calc test. So, now that the day is over, I'm pretty much ok until finals. Now to the intresting things...
Well, for those of you who don't know, I spend a lot of time on an on-line forum. I don't do this because I like to do it, its just one of those things I do to keep my nerd registration card valid.
Anyway, the one I go to, HOTU is run by an Investment Banker from Thailand. For the longest time, we all assumed that this person was a guy. It
turns out that the person is actually a lady, which kind of supprised us all a bit.
And, I got a really neat game, where you basically explore a galaxy. I thought this was kind of cool, and I was wondering how big the galaxy actually was. It turns out that it consists of 70 billion stars!!!
I found this amazing. Aparently, it uses an equation to generate the universe each time you play it, but since its the same formula, its the same universe. Clever, eh? And, it uses the coordinates of each star to determine the type of star, and the number of planets.
As well as the type of each planet. Equally clever, eh? Anyway, the game is called Noctis, and it is located here get it if you want.
